By the Lake Myvatn is a small airport where "Myflug Air"  has operated Sightseeing flights  for close to twenty-five years. The company currently operates four aircrafts for it's charter and sightseeing operation, a Beechraft Kingair 200, a Piper Chieftain and two Cessna 206. With a strong growth in Tourism in Iceland the company's focus has been shifted from scheduled flights towards a dedication to the tourist market.
